Ikasi lami translates to “my township”  In this project I’m representing the people living in my community and the landscape of ikasi lami. I’m also embracing how we live and showing that even though we have challenges, we have positive strong lives ahead.

The challenges we’re facing in ekasi lami is that there are houses that doesn’t have electricity and place that doesn’t have water.

In future, for my community to be in a better place we have to works on ourselves encouraging the upcoming generations to study so we can have honest and reliable future leaders. We also need to encourage people to follow their dreams and what they want . We have to support each other not matter what

I chose to write about Kasi Lami because I love iKasi Lami and I want people to know how we are living.
