Rashid-Rafiki Khoza
Khoza was born in 1997 in Johannesburg, South Africa. From 2003 to 2010 he attended Bilaal combined school in Lenasia South, Johannesburg.
In 2011 to 2015 he went to South View secondary school And he matriculated in 2015. He currently lives in Soweto Johannesburg in Dlamini 1.
Rashid studied media studies at Boston Media House “2016- 2018” but did not complete his studies. He went on to train at the Market Photo Workshop in New Town, Johannesburg. He completed his foundation course in Photography in 2017 and intermediate course in 2018. Rashid is currently studying Photojournalism and Documentary Photography Program. He wishes to apply for the Market Photo Workshop incubator program. Rashid is the rapper who performs and shares the stage with the likes of Saudi, J Molery, Young star etc. Rashid has been an event photographer since December 2018, working as freelance for various event companies.
After his studies at Market Photo Workshop, he wants to work as a freelance for different news companies and start His own production company. Rashid is fascinated with stories, hence he wants to tell daily stories that occur around townships.
