Simphiwe Caluza
born on 17 June 1994 In Johannesburg – South Africa Caluza from 2002 to 2007 He attended school at Yeoville Boys primary school.
In 2008 he went to Rand Tutorial College, Kensington and matriculated in 2012. He currently lives in Orlando West, Johannesburg.
After high school he studied tourism at South West College in Dube, Soweto – he soon realised this was not his passion. In early 2016, through taking images with his cellphone , Caluza fell inlove with photography.
His brother suggested he study at The Market Photo Workshop in Newtown . Caluza started the Foundation Course in 2017, the following year returned to start he Intermediate Course. Caluza completed the Photojournalism and Documentary Programme in 2019. While still studying, Caluza received an internship at The Star where he has had three images published so far.
