Slaghuis II; Performing the artist statement.  Slaghuis II, the exhibition, features a statement from Thembinkosi Hlatshwayo, which narrates a scene, perhaps a dream–possibly a nightmare–that occurs before his eyes. Thembinkosi Hlatshwayo’s Slaghuis II virtual exhibition features twenty-seven photographs that were created over 12 months as part of the Giséle Wulfsohn Mentorship in Photography, which he won in 2019.
